Dick founded Pirozzolo
Company Public Relations in 1980 and has more than 25 years of
experience in technology, institutional investment and international
trade and building products industries.
Within the
institutional investment and venture capital community, Dick has
represented Citibank, Trust Universe Comparison Service TUCS), a
consortium of 40 custodial banks, Batterymarch/Agrivest, Connecticut
Mutual's Group Pension Division, Property Capital Trust, a real estate
investment trust (REIT) and Wright Express Corporation.
His public relations
work resulted in venture capital financing for clients in IT and
Agribusiness. He represented the Government of Vietnam in an
effort to foster normalized US-Vietnam relations which included
a national press tour for Vietnam's ambassador to the US, and
promoting

| Vietnamerica,
the first US trade expo in Hanoi.
The firm also promoted US trade events in Ho Chi Minh City and
developed trade for Smith & Wesson, International Silver and
the State of Hawaii.
Dick is the
author of For All the Years, a history of television in New
England, and two books on home building and design. He is
a former daily newspaper journalist and a graduate of the
University of Connecticut. Dick was awarded the Bronze
Star for service as a US Air Force captain in Vietnam.

Lisa Spivey

Lisa heads up Pirozzolo
Company's Pacific Rim and technology Groups, where she draws from
extensive experience in Asian trade,
high technology, and the Internet.
She managed press
relations for Elluminet and Asiacontent.com arranging feature coverage
in the Asian Wall Street Journal and other leading media outlets, such
as Internet.com and The Standard.
Fluent in Mandarin
Chinese, Lisa developed a successful business importing and marketing
medical products from Asia, which included product development,
packaging, marketing, sales and trade finance.
She founded and managed
www.GDIhome.com -
parent Web Site for American Technology, a trade magazine distributed
to manufacturers and other businesses in Asia seeking US OEM
components, products, and technical expertise.
She is the first woman
to establish an official Representative Office in Vietnam - and, in
1993, was one of the first 15 Americans to receive an officially
sanctioned business license from the Hanoi Government. For the
past decade she has maintained excellent working relationships with
complex governing
authorities in Vietnam and has negotiated and administered
contracts between Asian

principals and American trading partners.
From 1983 to 1989
Lisa worked and lived in Hong Kong and Beijing serving BY
Enterprises and Lindblad Travel.
She is a 1980 graduate of
the University of California, Santa Barbara and is active in
Women in International Technology, the US-Vietnam Trade Council,
World Affairs Council, and the Asian American Manufacturers
Association. |

Michael
Salius, APR
|

Mike is an accredited
member of the Public Relations Society of America and recipient of
PRSA honors for his contribution to the profession. He directed
Connecticut Mutual's corporate communications department for several
years and developed programs to deal with the public and media
reaction to enormous shifts in insurance and financial services during
the past two decades.
In 1978, Mike was named
as an editor and manager of the account services group
at National Computer Software Services, Inc. and has served a wide
range of industries including health care, high technology, and
financial services.
He has addressed many
college and business audiences and written numerous articles on public
relations and marketing communications topics. His work has
appeared in trade journals as well as in publications that cover
general business issues.

He received a BA in
English from the University of Connecticut in 1973 and an MA in
English from the University
of Hawaii in 1974. Mike is a past President
of the Connecticut Valley Chapter of the Public Relations
Society, a member of the Counselors Academy and Accredited in
Public Relations by the Universal Accreditation Program of the
Public Relations Society of America. He is a past member
of the World Affairs Council, the Board of Directors of the Life
Communicators Association, and Life Insurance Marketing Research
Association's Publications Committee. |

| Madeline
is an account manager with over 16 years of public relations and
advertising management experience. Joining Pirozzolo
Company in 1988, she has promoted Hellas, Lake Champlain
Chocolates, Arthur T. Gregorian Oriental Rugs, Classic Post
& Beam and Northeastern Log Homes.
Her marketing
communication campaigns have resulted in coverage by Inc.
Magazine, Gourmet, Bon Appetit, Good
Housekeeping, The Griffin Report, PARADE and
Chronicle, a magazine format TV Program.
Prior to joining Pirozzolo
Company, Madeline was with Ingalls, Quinn &
Johnson as account coordinator. Madeline is a graduate of
Ohio Wesleyan College. |
