Federal Law — We campaigned for reform of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act on behalf of former Undersecretary of State Robert A. Monks and Connecticut Mutual Life.
Public Policy — We developed an international campaign in favor of normalized US relations with Vietnam on behalf of the government of Vietnam. This included managing a nationwide media tour for Vietnam’s ambassador to the US and organizing media coverage of official trade events in Vietnam.
Food Scare — We represented the Wild Blueberry Association of North America during a tainted food scare.
Antitrust Case — We arranged positive coverage in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Oil Daily on behalf of a client who filed an antitrust suit against eight major oil companies.
State Legislation — We ran a successful campaign on behalf of the New Jersey Carwash Association against repealing a state law barring gas station premiums.
Homeland Security — We provided media liaison for a high-level conference that included ACLU representatives on biometric security measures in New York City in the aftermath of 9/11. We also provided public relations, media relations and media training Services to Protecting The Homeland Innovations, LLC, a security consulting firms serving AMTRAK, TSA, NCIS and other government agencies and mass transit entities.
